The clean-hands promise

• We never sell your data — ever. The only data we share is the specific information a broker needs to process a deletion request you authorized.
• We run no advertising or ad-tech — no third-party trackers, pixels, or analytics that profile you.
• We have no ownership, affiliate, or data relationship with any data broker.

What we collect

Only what the service needs: the name, city and state you ask us to scan; your email address if you create an account; and the status of removal requests we file for you. We do not collect SSNs, and we do not require your street address.

How it's used

To run your scans, file deletion/opt-out requests you authorize (as your agent under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), notify you about your removals and relistings, and operate the service. Scan queries against third-party sites transmit only the name, city and state being searched.

Retention & deletion

Delete your account any time from the dashboard or by emailing us — we erase your profile, scans and ledger. Anonymous scans that never attach to an account are purged within 30 days.
